Wines made from the Bacchus grape are frequently mistaken for top quality New Zealand Sauvignon. 2019 was an excellent vintage and produced this fully fruity wine with full fresh aromas of citrus fruit with a mineral background.

It pairs really well with fish, cheese and mildly spicy dishes. As an aperitif, it is a sure winner.

No fining agents have been used so the wine is vegetarian and vegan friendly. Gluten free

Rondo 2020

Lightly oaked single estate Suffolk red wine offers rich autumn fruits on the nose and a balanced palate of blackcurrant, blackberries and plum leading to a vanilla finish. Perfect for pairing with charcuterie, red meat, game dishes or cheese platters.
Should be opened an hour or more before drinking, leaving it to breathe in a warm room.

Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown at Burnt Foot Vineyard, Laxfield. Made and bottled by DJ Wines. This is a rich and full of fruit. Expect blackberry, raspberry, plum and toasted oak. Try it with rich fish, like tuna or trout.

Pinot Noir Rose 2021
Grape Variety: Pinot Noir
Bottle size: 750ml
Vol alc: 12.5%
Closure: Cork
Style: dry

This Rose, made from the Pinot Noir grape won the award for the being the best in East Anglia at the Wine GB competition in 2019. It has the flavours found in young Pinots, including raspberries, strawberries. cherries and violets.
Perfect for drinking on a hot summer's afternoon and evening.

Again, no fining agents have been used so the wine is vegetarian and vegan friendly, gluten free.
