Deep flavour from the locally grown damsons, coupled with the characteristic acidic tone of this fruit and just a hint of brandy in the background. Not as heavy as traditional ports, been described as white port with fruit by many customers. Served like any other port, great with a cheese board, particularly with Suffolk Blue cheese
